first: there is no need to write twice the same question in two distinct posts.
Fedora is ok (all linux distributions are ok). Of course, you have to pay attention also on the processor: 386 family is ok. Also some ppc are supported. For other processors ... you have to check.
Just a question ... are you sure that
You want "compile RT-Druid" or "compile an application based on Erika Enterprise and configured by RT-Druid" ?
The latter is the most likely.
