Has everyone try this code generator with newer version of Xenomai e.g. 2.5.x ?

no, we did not try it recently. But we are going to support soon other boards, in particular soon we'll release a new version of the Evelin BSP with support for the GEA boards using Linux and RT-PREEMPT patches.
Which target are you going to use? The original work was done on a standard PC...
