Scicos pack v9.3 and regression tests

Hi all,
just a quick mail to inform everybody that:
- we have just released the Scicos Pack 9.3
- the pack is on the ERIKA website
- We finished the first step for the regression tests. That is, we do have a batch file which compiles a set of ScicosLab files.
