Another USB problem

Post by lorea64 » Wed May 19, 2010 4:44 pm

Hi,

I actually ave another problem with USB but it seems to be a SPI problem. I works with a full flex board.

- I put the "FLEX_USB_PIC18.cof" in the PIC18f2550 with correct values for the address 0x300000 of the configuration bits.

- I plug the cable between Dsp and Pic as it was made in this page : "http://erika.tuxfamily.org/applicationn ... 3-usb.html"

- I program the dsp with "demoboard_example_flexside.cos" it compiles correctly and seems to works.

- I make the app_flex_scicos.exe (flex_usb2udp) run and launch the "demoboard_example_pcside.cos" simulation. On the app_flex_scicos windows data seems to be send and receive.

In the logs files I have this :

Reception (logr) :
...
y(0)= 0.000000
y(1)= 0.000000
y(2)= 0.000000
y(3)= 0.000000
y(4)= 0.000000
y(5)= 0.000000
y(6)= 0.000000
y(7)= 0.000000
y(8)= 0.000000
y(9)= 0.000000
y(10)= 0.000000
y(11)= 0.000000
y(12)= 0.000000
y(13)= 0.000000
y(14)= 0.000000
Socket error while trying to receive.
#error: 10035
Socket error while trying to receive.
#error: 10035
Socket error while trying to receive.
#error: 10035
...

Transmition (logs):
udp_sender: WSAStartup configured successfully!
ipar(0)=127
ipar(1)=0
ipar(2)=0
ipar(3)=1
ipar(4)=50002
ipar(5)=127
ipar(6)=0
ipar(7)=0
ipar(8)=1
ipar(9)=50001
udp_sender: closing...done!

The dsp make nothing (no led blinking), I always receive zeros (Ledsysusb blink but not the ledsys).

I try to make this file works : "Flex_USB.zip" but I can't download it correctly, it says that the file is corrupted. (http://www.evidence.eu.com/content/view/250/266/)

Tank for your help.

Best regards

PS: I've read all the topic about USB but I didn't found anything interesting for my case.

Hi,
sorry but the figure shown in this site
http://erika.tuxfamily.org/applicationn ... 3-usb.html
is not complete.
I created the following Web page on Erika wiki:
http://erika.tuxfamily.org/wiki/index.p ... usage_list
I tried the links that are shown in the Web page and USB communication worked.
Soon update older Web pages.

Ciao.
Dario
