Cygwin couldn't found error

Hello, when I try build the project, it returns an error about cygwin path.
This is my Cygwin installation.

This is path setting on eclipse:

It seems this is ERIKA2 and not ERIKA3.

I have
C:\cygwin64
on my machine.

PJ
