How to enable ORTI support for Lauterbach Tracer?

I tried this, but it doesn't work for me.

Hi,

There are various examples in the repository and templates that use and generate ORTI files.

For example, all the S32 K148 OSEK examples have ORTI enabled. lauterbach scripts are directly generated and lauterbach can execute just by using the upload build target.
